Kungfu Macchiato

Akhir2 ni, addicted lak ngan cite Kungfu Macchiato a.k.a The Legend of Brown Sugar Chivalries. Masa first2 main kt tv dulu, bukan tengok sangat pun. Tengok just nak mengisi masa lapang. Lepas tu, mcm dh terikut lak, asek nk tengok je. Ari ahad ngan sabtu, kul 4,  terus standby depan tv. Hero-hero dalm cite tu comel-comel, cite nye agak lawak gak..... boleh la utk menghiburkan hati dikala dilanda stress akibat blaja........ hehehehe

Alkisahnya cenggini.....

Seven students at West High School (kungfu school) that learn martial art to defeat the leader of evil clan, Dong Fa Bu Bai. Among those students, Ling Hu Cong is the most powerful and skillful but he lost his martial art when fighting with the members of the evil clan. Linghu Cong is a person who doesn't care about fame and wealth and just wanted to be with his girlfriend, Jian Ning. In the mean time, he also develops a friendship with Ren Ying Ying. A new student, Guo Jing who received a powerful internal power from one of the Guardian from other martial art school, develop feeling with Jian Ning. In the end, Guo Jing end up with Jian Ning and Linghu COng with Ren Ying Ying. As for Linghu Cong, he then gained back his internal power by learning "Gudu Swordfight" and Yijingjing".

Happy ending story......

Cite ni abih next week tapi x dapat tengok kot sbb dh kat Pangkor......Huhuhuhu.... Tapi x pe, leh tengok kt youtube..... muahahahaha....

Madam's Lim, shopping and blogging.........

today, me and dayah went to Madam's Lim (@ Jusco AU2) for lunch. we ordered yee mee cantonese, tom yam soup, fried mixed veggies , fried squid, steamed rice, mocha ice blended and assam boi lime juice, with 2 free soup. all this for only rm34. quite confused how we were able to finish all those. Madam's Lim is a chinese-thai restaurant, quite affordable and delicious.

after lunch, i did some shopping - gladiator shoes, stripped blouse and polka-dots hairbands.

now,  i'm laying in front of tv, while watching upin & ipin, blogging, facebooking, emailing and studying. quite multi-tasking.......

night...

one of the best things living in city, i get to see fireworks every now and then. just about half an hour ago, the was fireworks from the house at the top of the hill just accros my aprtment. maybe there was a party up there coz there was very loud music non-stop since 11pm (i think, not sure about the time) and people's clapping. Kinda of nuisance to me coz it's late and i'm kind of in the middle of studying (take break to blogging). But then, since my apartment just next to the DUKE highway, both noise from the highway mix together with the music, definitely the music of my heart.....

the firework was not the one u saw during new years' eve or so but just a small version of that. but it was nice.

Then again, the not-so-great-part of living in city (esp. those living next to DUKE highway) the noise coming from the road. The highway just started operating last month. and this aprtment has been here for so many many years ago. Good thing my room does not facing the highway. only my room though, the living room (where i am right now) and the balcony facing straight to the highway.

tonite is just like most of my typical nite since i took 4 days off from work just so i can focus on the exam starting this coming tuesday...... going to stay up late again.

Again, at my study table.....

Arghhhh..... too many to read!!!! I've been reading about ecology since yesterday but hard to stomaching it.... then i realized, i haven't submitted the asgmt on GIS yet...well, maybe tomorrow. Too many things to worry and think at the same time.

My not-so-fun-activity for today...
9am   - woke up (i slept at about 4 am last nite), shower....
9.40 am  - breakfast ( my roomies made fried rice) with coffee...
10 am  - study ecology....
12.45 pm - lunch @ Enak Kopitiam, buy groceries at Giant
2.40 pm- continues study (still with ecology & practising with past exam paper)
6.50 pm  - took another shower
7.20 pm  - made coffee and continued with study......
9.20 pm to now  - surfed internet for additional note on international environmental convention, checked Facebook's page and 20sb and blogging about absolutely nothing....

Something that definitely can cheer me up for a while, my to-do-list after i'm done with the exam......
  • going to Pangkor island with my cousins
  • movie marathon (last movie i watched was Confession of Shopalic, missing out to many movies now....huhuhu)
  • shoe shopping..... :D
  • going back to hometown ( i miss my mom and my sis's cooking...yum...yum...)
  • going to to City of Entertainment, Genting Highland...!!!!!!
  • the list goes on........................................................................(too many things to do that i can't think of now!!!)

Peningnya....

Pening...pening.....

Suma org kt opis ni dh balik. Tinggallah aku sorang nk siapkan keje yg mana perlu disaipkan sebab esok dah start cuti sampai jumaat ni. Hari ni keje mmg byk btul yg nk kena settlekn. Tender yg nk kena wat, report yg kena baiki, result yg nk kena masuk dlm graph.... Huhuhuhu....Skang ni nk kena siapkan graph utk projek SKO.....

Esok dh start cuti...ni bukan saje2 nk cuti. Aku apply cuti ni sbb nk blaja utk final exam (coming soon, 1st exam 21hb). Banyak gile yg nak kena study, almaklumlah aku ni sejenis yg suka study last minit. Kena start ngan paper 6101 dulu, pastu slow2 ngan 6103......

Ingat ari ni nk book bilik kt Pangkor. Tp busy yg amat so suh la Arina yg tepon. Tapi org yg nak diteponkan tu, x angkat hp die. Baik xyah wat biznes kalu gitu.

Btw, aku dh slamat tempah cupcake utk engagement my besfren, Farah on May 2. Nilah contoh cupcake tu...Cupcake tu order kat http://jajastreats.blogspot.com/

Aku xde la order yg btul2 exactly mcm ni. Aku mintk Jaja tu wat kaler light blue & theme die, engagement or love. Since aku x dpt nk gi mase hari Farah tunang (sebab nak gi Pangkor), aku ngan Dayah decide nk gi sehari awal and bawak cupcake skali. huhuhuhu.... X sabar gak nk tengok cupcake tu.....

Perpun, skang ni dah kul 6.15 pm, so nak sambung wat keje sambil dengar lagu Afghan (Entah) ngan Faizal Tahir (Bencinta) - aku mmg ulang2 je 2 lagu ni.....

"People are lonely because they build walls instead of bridges"

it's raining....

It's 2.20 pm and it's raining. I told myself that I should rest today after a frantic week but when I think about there is 2 reports (POPBL and policy paper) that need to be submitted before the final exam. I will get started on it today but need to stop at 4pm. Huhuhuhu..... At 4pm, i hv date with 'Kungfu Macchiato' - a chinese tv series about teenagers life at kungfu school. But seriously, weather today is not very helpful. My eyes keep on eyeing the bedroom and bed seems like a good idea. Huhuhuhuhu..... ( though I woke up pretty late today)

This type of weather also make me miss home at Kelantan. Suddenly, I've become homesick.... last time I got back home was Dec last year. Should really find time to got back home.... As I went through folder that I kept my family pictures, I realize a few pictures that I took (or my cousin) with my hp  that I've completely forget about it.
twilight view from my house

wonder where this was taken....

i took this picture while waiting for the traffic light to turn green....

Yuna - Dan Sebenarnya

Get this widget | Track details | eSnips Social DNA

oh bulan
enggan melayan diriku lagi
pabila
airmata membasahi pipi
dah lagu lagu di radio
seolah olah memerli aku
pabila
kau bersama yang lain

adakah perasaan benci ini sebenarnya cinta
yang masih bersemadi untukmu
dan sebenarnya ku mengharapkan
sebalik senyumanmu itu
kau juga
merindui aku

ku enggan
berpura-pura ku bahagia
ku enggan
melihat kau bersama si dia
oo ku akui cemburu mula menular dlm diri
apabila kau bersama dengan lain

adakah perasaan benci ini sebenarnya cinta
yang masih bersemadi untukmu
dan sebenarnya ku mengharapkan
sebalik senyumanmu itu
kau juga
merindui aku

[Bridge]
Apabila kau merenung matanya
ku rebah jatuh ke bumi
disaat kau benar benar mahu pergi
seperti ku bernafas dalam air

adakah perasaan benci ini sebenarnya cinta
yang masih bersemadi untukmu
dan sebenarnya ku mengharapkan
sebalik senyumanmu itu
kau juga
merindui aku

In school.....

Once again, spending a quality time in school (@ Dataran Kimia) finishing the report for ISO documentation and TOR for Dr Ghufran's assignment.

~about three hours later~
Yezzaaaaa......I'd finished both reports. Now I can focus on studying..... or maybe I should just rest a while. I mean, I'd been here since 8.20 am. I'm tired, sleepy and starving. Maybe I should go for lunch first..... Yep, definitely lunch first, then rest and then continue my other report (the POPBL report, maybe later at night).

p/s: while writing these reports, I'd been listening to Taylor Swift's and David Cook's songs.

Rice

Dear friends,

The world's most important staple food is under threat and we need your help urgently.

Sign the petition

Rice is daily food for half of the global population. It has been grown around the world for over 10,000 years and is cultivated in 113 countries. For millions of people rice is not just a food - it's a way of life.

Bayer, the German chemical giant, has created a genetically engineered (GE) variety of rice that will put our health, our agriculture and our biodiversity at risk.

The European Union (EU) will soon decide whether or not Bayer's GE rice can end up on European dinner plates. But this will not only affect Europeans. If the EU approves the import of Bayer's GE rice, farmers in the US and elsewhere may soon start planting the manipulated crop.

Stopping GE rice is not just about consumer choice or the environment - it's a lot bigger than that. It's a matter of global food security, human rights and survival.

You can tell the EU to keep Bayer's hands off your rice - sign the petition.

Thanks for your help saving the world's most important food. Please send this onto your friends today - we don't have much time before the decision is made.

With best wishes
Jan, Natalia, Lisa and everyone on the rice team at Greenpeace

P.S Ecological farming is the safest solution to the food crisis and looming climate change disasters. By signing the petition you're adding your voice in support of global sustainability in the face of climate change.

Not bad at all.....

After last night presentation, it felt like a 10 tonnes of burden on my shoulder just disappear. It such a relieved because most of us were tensed because of this presentation (mostly b'coz of the lecturer.....). Now we just hv to worry about the report which must be submitted one week after today. This evening, I hv presentation on the legal issues regarding the forestry management in Malaysia and tomorrow is the presentation for ISO documentation. Both power point slide are ready just need to practice to make presentation.

As for my presentation (since I didn't really practice) I hv terrible nervous breakdown. All the words just keep on blurted out. After few slides, I was more relaxed. Luckily my voice was loud enough. Huhuhuhu.... Then again, I was so glad that we did finished the presentation in time (20 minutes).

Wednesday, April 8, 2009

Wish me luck...

Only 2 hours before the POPBL presentation started. I think I'm having a nervous breakdown right now. Hate it when you are the one whose doing most of the job and the rest of your group member taking it too casually. If it other presentation, I won't mind but this is POPBL that cover half of the total mark. Hope we're going to be ok this evening. Wish me luck.....!!!

Aja....Aja....Fighting...!!!!!

Not completed yet.....

Well, I’m quite disappointed in myself. I’d told myself that I must finish the power point slide for today presentation and also practice a bit on it. But, I didn’t…… L

I’d also didn’t get my yesterday’s to-do-list done. Did I mention that I fell in the class last night and knocked my head to the steel chair. I got terrible headache after that. My knee also hurt a bit. So clumsy of me……Huhuhuhu L

I seriously need to get my power point slide done before afternoon and since only the conclusion part left, I am 100% confident it will be completed. So let’s get it done now…. J

AJA….AJA…FIGHTING!!!!

more presentation...!!!!

I'd been told by my classmate few hours ago some very interesting news. Apparently, I have 3 presentation in 3 days. Tomorrow, the presentation for POPBL assignment, on Thursday presentation of legal issues on forestry management and on friday is the presentation on the ISO documentation. Luckily, the power point for thursday and friday's presentation was already been prepared, just waiting to be presented. Unfortunately, the slide presentation for tomorrow is still under construction. It must be done by tonight.

Green Vacation tips

Dear Greenpeace activists,

If you are getting ready to escape to your favorite tourist destination, Greenpeace would like to share some green tips to make your holiday a gratifying experience.

  1. Unplug appliances at home: Save energy by switching off and unplugging all electrical appliances you before you leave your home.
  2. Reduce waste: bring your own bag when you go out, say no to plastic – straws, bags and sachets.
  3. Bottle your own water. Bring your own refillable container instead of buying plastic bottles that will go straight to a landfill when you're finished.
  4. No natural souvenirs: Do not disturb the natural ecosystem by bringing home sand, rocks or shells for decoration.
  5. Be green even if the hotel isn’t - Turn off lights and air conditioning when you leave the room.

Simple lang, save energy, reduce waste and walk more. It’s easy and it helps the planet.

This tourist awareness campaign is part of the 'Save the Climate Save Boracay' project that Greenpeace and Boracay Foundation are running with national agencies and local government to promote energy efficiency and renewable energy at resorts and hotels.

Enjoy!
