an update

It's been almost a week since my last post. The reasons are because i'm terribly busy, not in the mood to post anything at all, a bit lazy and my mind went black-out each time i tried to write something. So now, i decide to update a bit what happen in my life so far....

dayah (my housemate) had been posting to the new UiTM's branch which is in rural area as a lecturer. Good for her. Very happy for her but also sad because she's moving out and will live in that area. She's very worried about living and working at a new place but i think she'll be just fine.  

With her moving out, meaning.............we also have to move out from that house. with only 3 person, each of us has to pay more for the rent and seriously, we couldn't afford it. But luckily, my sister owned a house in Pandan Mewah and i begged her to let me stay there. Pitied with her younger sister, she decided to let me stay for FREE and quite an affordable rent for my 2 friends. problem solved! we will be moving out at the end of July....

btw, i just got back from my hometown/village early this morning. i haven't got back for almost half a year. it felt so great to go back home. i ATE a LOT  like i haven't been eating for months.... my sisters making fun of me, like i even care... hehehe... i just miss my mom's cooking. probably gained weight due to eating disorder.... huhuhu... i stayed there for 4 days (from last saturday).

i still hve a lot to write but i am so tired and not in the mood and also need to settle my work....

birthday

today is my birthday..... i am officially 27 years old today. gosh, i 'm getting old.... huhuhuhu... did nothing fun today. well lastnight, as celebration to my birthday, me and dayah went for a movie at TGV KLCC. at first, we wanted to watch Push but still not showing at that cinema so we buy two tickets for Angels &  Demon. it was a good movie, keep you wondering and suspense all the time.

this morning, i woke up at 7.15 am and went for running at Taman Tasik Titiwangsa with Dayah. It's been quite a while since my last exercise activity. It was really exhausted. i run for about 20 minutes then decided to walk. we walked around the lake for about half an hour. my body still aching all over. but it was fun so next week we going start earlier than today. there were lots of people exercise at titiwangsa lake, some even bring their family along. there was also aerobic exercise along with Mayor of KL. 

after almost 3 hours of afternoon napping, we ate cake that dayah bought for my birthday last night. then i spend most of the evening by watching david cook and taylor swift on you tube...

since i'm still on my personal mission to lose weight, i m just going to have soup for dinner...

me.diet.exercise

I'm not that kind of girl that worried way too much about body weight. not saying that i have strong metabolism or i don't eat. i'm the kind of person that teribbly moody and crabbier if i don't get to eat (just like a baby), though i'm lot better now. 

back to the bady weight.... i don't really care about weight just because my body never really change much since 7 years ago. of course, there are changes but not really significant. i'm not fat or chubby or slim and slender. i'm just average. my weight ranging from 48 - 51 kg. last time i weighed was last month and it was 50 kg and now, i think it probably increased. i can feel that my body heavier and the most significant prove is the white jeans is no longer fit. last monday, i tried on my green shirt that usually a bit loose to me and now, it still fit but u can see all the curve and i have difficulty with few buttons. well, that was the call.....

i have decided to go on diet but not a strict diet.  no more eating after 7pm except for fruits or something lighter. breakfast must be taken every morning. i also decided to exercise (rolling my eyes while writing this) or running in the evening. not really sure of that since i'm reallyyyy not into exercise. but i'm going to try this week. hopefully....
